Absolutely. Our collections are clearly categorized for Children and Adults, ensuring appropriate sizing, fit, and style for every age group, from foundational ballet shoes to professional dance teaching shoes.

Ordering, Payment & Account

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods for your convenience: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are secure.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While you can check out as a guest, creating an account allows you to track your order history, save your preferences, and enjoy a faster checkout experience for your next pair of dance shoes or dancewear essentials.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your gear to you. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make a change. We will try our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered the packing stage.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from, and where do you deliver?
We ship globally from our studio in Minneota, US, bringing our passion right to your door. Please note that delivery to some remote areas within Asia and other select regions may not be available. Your cart will automatically reflect any shipping restrictions during checkout.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two clear options designed for your pace:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, with delivery typically within 10-15 days after dispatch. Ideal for when you need your new dance shoes or activewear with a balance of speed and cost.

2. Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, with delivery typically within 15-25 days after dispatch. Perfect for planning ahead, stocking up on basics, or shopping sales.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey every step of the way.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are carefully handled and packed with care. Our processing time is 1-2 business days before your order is dispatched for its journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
As your partner in dance, we stand behind our products. If your gear isn’t perfect, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We believe in solutions that fit, perform, and last.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please contact our support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and details about the item. We will guide you through the simple return process and discuss exchange options if available.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For health and safety reasons, pointe shoes and other intimate footwear that have been fitted or worn may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Please contact us for specific guidance.
