    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 days after dispatch.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Process: Returns must be initiated via email. We currently do not offer automatic exchanges.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Ship Your Return

Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a Return Authorization and the US-based return warehouse address.

  • Pack the item(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  • Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., DHL, FedEx, EMS) and retaining your proof of postage. Bloch is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund Processing

Once received at our warehouse (typically within 5-7 business days), your return will be inspected. You will be notified via email of the approval status.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).

  • Refund Amount: The refund is for the item(s) price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health, safety, and performance integrity of our products for all dancers, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Ballet Pointe Shoes: Due to the highly personalized molding and breaking-in process essential for dancer safety and performance.
  • Any worn, damaged, or altered dancewear or footwear.
  • Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance promotion (clearly marked at purchase).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or item (like swapping Ballet Flats for Dance Sneakers), please follow the standard return process. Once your refund is processed, you can place a new order on our website.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
