We ship to a global community of dancers, excluding Asia and select remote regions.

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. A flat fee of $12.95 applies. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays. You will receive a tracking notification upon shipment. Bloch is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or import authorities.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

7.1 Return Window & Condition

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For the health, safety, and performance integrity of our products, the following are FINAL SALE:

• Ballet Pointe Shoes (due to personalized molding).
• Any worn, damaged, or altered dancewear or footwear.
• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

7.3 Return Process

Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and item details. We will provide a Return Authorization and address. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service.

7.4 Refunds

Upon approval after inspection (typically 5-7 business days after we receive the return), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds are for the item price only.

7.5 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, please follow the return process and place a new order once your refund is processed.
